Official Rules

These rules, including the Intel Privacy Notice and Terms of Use, located at https://iemcontestrules-intel.com/ (“Rules”) govern the Intel CPU Raffle (“Sweepstakes”) and set forth the terms and conditions between Intel Corporation and its affiliates (“Intel,” “Sponsor,” or “us/we”) and each participant (“participant” or “you/your”). Your participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Rules.

  1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal U.S. residents who are present at the Extreme Masters Experience Booth at the Intel® Extreme Masters Event at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Dallas, TX. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Intel Corporation, Superfly Marketing Group*, their parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution, or production of this Sweepstakes (“Released Parties”) are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply

COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION: Intel is committed to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and ethics rules. This notice is intended to ensure that your participation in this Sweepstakes will not violate any such laws, regulations, policies or rules. Intel seeks no promises or favoritism for itself or any of its affiliates in exchange for the opportunity to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, (i) you agree that your participation in the Sweepstakes– including your acceptance of any potential prize – will not violate any law, regulation, policy or rule of your state or government agency; and (ii) you certify that any potential prize is not in exchange for an agreement to influence a recent, pending or anticipated act or decision that may result in Intel obtaining or retaining business or a business advantage.

      2. Sweepstakes Entry Periods: The Sweepstakes runs each day during select hours of the Intel® Extreme Masters Event (“Event”) starting at 10am CT on May 23, 2025 and May 24, 2025 and ending at 3:30pm CT and starting at 10am CT on May 25, 2025 and ending at 4:45pm CT (“Sweepstakes Entry Periods”). 

Exact times are subject to change and will be announced if the times change.

      3. How to Earn an Entry: During each day of the Event during the Sweepstakes Entry Periods, which begin and end at the times referenced above, participants will have the following opportunities to collect raffle tickets to be included in the random drawing (each, an “entry”):

Participants have until 3:30pm CT on May 23, 2025 and May 24, 2025 and until 4:45pm CT on May 25, 2025 to collect raffle tickets and must be present at the Intel Extreme Masters Experience Booth (“Booth”) at the Intel® Extreme Masters Event at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Dallas, TX (“Event”) for the raffle.  The random drawing will be at 3:45pm CT on May 23, 2025 and May 24, 2025 and at 5:00pm CT on May 25, 2025. Raffle tickets will be thrown away at the end of each day of the Event.

      4. Selection of Sweepstakes Winners: A total of one (1) Prize (as described below) will be randomly selected among all eligible entries received each day during the Sweepstakes Entry Periods, at approx. 3:45pm CT on May 23, 2025 and May 24, 2025 and at approx. 5:00pm CT on May 25, 2025 for a total of three (3) winners. Winners’ names will be announced at the Event. You must be physically present at the Intel Booth by 3:45pm CT on May 23,2025 and May 24, 2025 and by 5:00pm CT on May 25, 2025 in order to win a prize if you hear your name. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and the random drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received for each drawing. 

      5. Prizes/Winner Notification and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Prizes will be randomly selected and distributed at the end of each Sweepstakes Entry Period and will consist of the following:

Substitution or transfer of prize is not allowed, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable or is prohibited by law, Sponsor may at its sole discretion award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person/household, regardless of when or how you entered. All prize components are subject to availability. The ARV of prizes listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prizes are awarded. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. All prize components are subject to availability. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Prize and prize components may be substituted for any reason at the discretion of the Sponsor. 

Potential winners must be present at the Event Booth during and just after the random drawing in order to claim their prize. Potential prize winners will also be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and liability and publicity release on site. Prizes will be awarded at the Event (pending verification of eligibility). If any potential prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration, or if any potential prize winner is deemed to be ineligible or does not show up to claim prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

      6. General Rules: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution (cash or otherwise) is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Winners and all participants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will participant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.  

      7. Sponsor’s Warranties and Disclaimers: Sponsor does not provide any warranty on the prizes, and winners should look solely to manufacturer for warranty. To the fullest extent allowable by law, Sponsor specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sweepstakes or the prizes including any implied warranty of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.

     8. Release of Liability and Issues of Law: By participating, all participants release the Released Parties from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned for technical or other reasons. In the event of cancellation, winners will be selected from eligible entries received for each drawing prior to cancellation, as applicable.

 The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries/match. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of the Platform or any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

All applicable laws and regulations apply. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE, AND WILL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE WILL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, Sponsor’s entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to a distribution of the equivalent amount of prizes as set forth above. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.

      9. General Conditions: Rules will be available at the Booth or www.iemcontestrules.com. Participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize will constitute acceptance of these Rules. These Rules prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

All participants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Rules, will be ineligible for any prize(s) and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

CS2 LAN Play Tournament

These rules, including the Intel Privacy Notice and Terms of Use, located at https://iemcontestrules-intel.com/ (“Rules”) govern the CS2: LAN Play Tournament (“Tournament”) and set forth the terms and conditions between Intel Corporation and its affiliates (“Intel,” “Sponsor,” or “us/we”) and each participant (“participant” or “you/your”). Your participation in the Tournament constitutes your acceptance of these Rules.

      1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal U.S. residents who are present at the Extreme Masters Experience Booth at the Intel® Extreme Masters Event at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Dallas, TX. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Intel Corporation, Superfly Marketing Group*, their parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution, or production of this Tournament (“Released Parties”) are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

     2. Tournament Entry Period: The Tournament runs on May 23-May 25, 2025 (“CT”) during select hours only (“Tournament Entry Period”). The Tournament Entry Period will be divided into three (3) daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”), with each Daily Entry Period sign-ups beginning at 10am CT and ending once all spots have been filled for the day. Exact times are subject to change and will be announced if the times change.

      3. How to Play/Winner Determination:

To participate in the Tournament, you, along with your team members, must visit the Intel Extreme Masters Experience Booth (“Booth”) at the Intel® Extreme Masters Event at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Dallas, TX (“Event”) to sign up your team, starting at the corresponding sign-up hour listed above, on each Daily Entry Period, on a first come first served basis until all bracket team slots are filled (your team’s “entry”). Each team must consist of five (5) players to compete in a five (5) vs. five (5) match. Each team member, by participating will receive two (2) raffle tickets each to be used for the Intel CPU Raffle (some details below). During the match, the two opposing teams will play against each other in a maximum of 16 rounds, where the first team to reach nine wins automatically wins, subject to verification. In the event of an 8-8 tie, a best of three overtime match will determine the winner. Judge’s/Administrator’s decisions are final on all matters relating to winner determination/verification. Those signing up are consenting to acknowledgement that it is their responsibility to arrive for their match at the predetermined time they have selected, failure to do so forfeits their further participation, and opponent automatically wins. If the team is missing players, they may add players from audience ad hoc if they choose to do so. Time reserved for each match is a guideline and not a guarantee; the time may shift to be later due to conditions beyond Sponsor’s control. If both parties of a match are present and the system is available, collectively between the parties and Intel employees/representatives’ decision may be reached to allow match to happen ahead of its scheduled time. Signing up to participate is limited to once a day per each game, however only one prize will be awarded to one team over the course of the Event, regardless of their advances. If the team or members of the team, have already received a swag bag in an earlier Daily Entry Period, their prize for current achievement will automatically be given to the second place winner.

      4. Prizes/Winner Notification/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Prizes: Each participant in the tournament will receive two (2) raffle tickets and each winning team member of five (5) will receive a swag bag, consisting of: one (1) flag, one (1) Intel branded tote bag, one (1) postcard, one (1) patch, one (1) mouse mat and three (3) additional raffle tickets to be used for the Intel CPU Raffle (Rules for that Sweepstakes available at https://iemcontestrules-intel.com.) The ARV of each prize is $33 for each player. There is no retail value associated with the raffle tickets but they will be included in the random drawing for the Intel CPU Raffle Sweepstakes. Substitution or transfer of prize is not allowed, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may at its sole discretion award a substitute prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value. The ARV of the prizes listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of the prizes is less than the ARV stated herein, prize winners will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. The winners accept responsibility for all fees in connection of the prizes. If a prize winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all documents and fulfill all required conditions as set forth in these Official Rules. Limit one (1) prize per person, regardless of which Daily Entry Period you played during.

The potential Prize winners will be notified in person at the Event and they may need to sign and return an eligibility document in the timeframe specified. Noncompliance within the specified time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Any prize or prize notification not completed in the time specified will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. Once paperwork has been returned (as applicable), prizes will be awarded at the Event. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners must be present to win.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry/winner information, whether caused by you or any other persons or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Tournament.

      5. Sponsor’s Warranties and Disclaimers: Sponsor does not provide any warranty on the prizes, and winners should look solely to manufacturer for warranty. To the fullest extent allowable by law, Sponsor specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Tournament or the prizes including any implied warranty of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.

      6. Release of Liability and Issues of Law: By participating, all participants release the Released Parties from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this Tournament, acceptance or use of prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Tournament in the event that any portion of any website or game play mechanism used to administer any aspect of the Tournament becomes technically corrupted, or the Tournament is not capable of running as originally planned for technical or other reasons or a match or matches is/are cancelled. In the event of cancellation, winners will be determined based on the scores at time of cancellation, as applicable and if any matches do not take place, those corresponding prizes will be forfeited.
